DOUBLE · TRIPLEInsulating glass units
Double glazing
A double-glazed insulating glass unit combines two panes with a hermetically sealed cavity between them.
Different glass types and coatings allow the specification to address thermal insulation, solar control or reduced outdoor noise. The choice therefore starts with the room's orientation and needs. When replacing glazing in existing frames, we also check what unit thickness the window can accommodate.
- Two panes separated by a spacer bar and hermetically sealed
- Glass types and coatings selected for the room's needs
- For new windows or replacement glazing after a compatibility check
Dimensions, colour, glazing and hardware are agreed individually. Final performance and pricing depend on the chosen specification.
