Data controller: AL MAX EOOD, Bulgarian company registration number 121381114.

What data we process
When you make an enquiry, we receive your name, the phone number and/or email address you provide, your town or city, the selected product or service and the property type. The area, additional description and attached photos or documents are optional. You must provide at least one way for us to contact you.
To operate and protect the website, the hosting service processes technical access data such as IP addresses, requested pages, dates, times and browser details. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics processes information about visits, devices, pages viewed and interactions with the website.
Why we use data and our legal bases
- Responding and preparing a quote: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For business correspondence with a representative of an organisation, the basis is our legitimate interest in conducting and managing that communication — Article 6(1)(f).
- Website operation and security: our legitimate interest in providing a working form and limiting spam and misuse — Article 6(1)(f).
- Analytics: only with your consent — Article 6(1)(a). Refusing analytics does not prevent you from using the website or sending an enquiry.
Confirming that you have read this information is not consent to advertising. The website does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
How your enquiry is sent
You can review and edit your details before sending. When you select Send enquiry, they are transferred to the server over a secure connection and emailed to office@almaxbg.com. The form does not create a separate database of customer enquiries. The received email becomes part of our business correspondence.
If you use Open in email, your email app handles sending. Attachments selected in the form must also be added in that app.
Photos and documents
Attachments are optional. Files are sent with your enquiry and are not published on the website. Processing uses the server's protected temporary folder; temporary files are removed after the request is completed. Copies in the received email remain in the company mailbox.
Please send only information needed for the project. Do not include identity documents or sensitive data that is unnecessary for preparing a quote.
Who has access
Correspondence is handled by people authorised by AL MAX to respond to enquiries and prepare quotes. Hosting, email and maintenance providers also perform necessary technical processing. If you allow analytics, Google also receives data as the provider of Google Analytics.
Data may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law. We do not publish contact details or attachments from enquiries.
Retention
Temporary copies of attachments on the web server are removed after the submission is processed. A session cookie is necessary to protect the form. Your analytics preference is remembered in your browser for up to 180 days.
Received emails and attachments are stored in the company mailbox and are not automatically deleted by the website. For information about the retention of specific correspondence, or to exercise your rights, contact office@almaxbg.com. Orders may also be subject to separate retention periods for contractual, warranty or accounting records.
Cookies and Google Analytics
Google Analytics loads through Google Tag Manager only if you allow analytics. You can refuse or change your choice in Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we stop loading analytics on subsequent visits and remove analytics cookies accessible to the website. This does not itself delete data already collected by Google; use the contact above to make a request about that data.
The form does not send your name, phone number, email address, message or attachments to analytics. Advertising categories remain disabled. Fonts and images are served from this website.
Processing by Google may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area. Information about the terms and safeguards for these transfers is available in Google's data processing terms and Google's privacy policy. You can request further information from AL MAX.
Your rights
Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access to your data, correction, erasure or restriction of processing. Where applicable, you have rights to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Your rights depend on the legal basis and circumstances of the specific processing.
You may withdraw consent to analytics at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. The website does not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for you.
How to make a request or complaint
Write to office@almaxbg.com and describe your request. If you know your enquiry reference number, include it to help us find the correspondence. Where necessary, we may request reasonable additional information to establish your identity. Please do not send a copy of an identity document unless asked.
We respond without undue delay and, as a rule, within one month. If a permitted extension or refusal applies, we explain the reasons and the available remedies. You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, whether or not you have contacted us first.
